  1. Anyone arriving intoxicated may be refused admission.
  2. Anyone caught trying to bring alcohol onto premises WILL be refused admission.
  3. ID required.
  4. This ticket does not guarantee admission. Predebs Ireland reserve the right to refuse admission (ROAR).
  5. This is a non-refundable ticket.
  6. Place your coats and valuables in the cloakroom .
  7. Buses leave the pick-up point strictly on time. Predebs Ireland are not responsible for anyone left behind.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Payment of Tickets
1.1 All tickets must be fully paid in advance.
1.2 Full payment is required no later than five (5) weeks prior to the event date, unless an alternative arrangement has been explicitly agreed in writing with the organising committee.
1.3 Failure to complete payment by the stated deadline will result in the automatic forfeiture of any deposits paid. It is not PreDebsIreland's responsibilty to give reminders to pay balances on tickets

2. Deposits
2.1 Where a deposit has been paid to reserve a ticket, the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2.2 Payment of a deposit does not guarantee a ticket until full payment is received by the deadline.

3. No Refund Policy
3.1 All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Cancellation by the ticket holder

  • Non-attendance at the event

  • Change of personal circumstances

  • Failure to meet payment deadlines
    3.2 The committee reserves the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder who has not completed full payment by the deadline.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
4.1 Any variation to these terms, including extensions to payment deadlines, must be explicitly agreed in writing by the organising committee.
4.2 Verbal agreements or informal communications will not be recognised as valid.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation
5.1 In the unlikely event of a cancellation of the event by the organisers, ticket holders will be informed as soon as possible by the Committee.
5.2 The committee may, at its discretion, offer alternative arrangements (such as transferring tickets to a future event), but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

6. Acceptance of Terms
6.1 By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6.2 These terms apply to all ticket sales and override any other communications unless explicitly amended in writing by the committee.

7. Governing Law
7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.

Event cancellation

Tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking. Tickets are non-refundable.

If the event is cancelled or reschuled by predebs ireland for any reasons beyond our control predebs ireland will issuea full refund of tickets purchased. These refunds are only available in the case where we cannot accommodate in another venue and at a suitable date for all parties involved. IF the committee cancel the event, Pre Debs Ireland will not issue refunds

Tickets purchased through any other sellers and not purchased through predebs ireland are bought at buyers liability only.

Quotes offered online are given to match all details and information supplied by the customer at that time. If any details should change e.g. numbers attending, venue choices etc, the quote will be revised accordingly. Committee "freebies" or perks are available upon request and subject to package details. Any breach of contract from the hotel or the client could lead to predebs ireland changing the venue/. This includes a drop in numbers attending.

Photography

Photos taken at predebs ireland events will be used on occasion for promotional use. They belong to the photographer and no royalty payments will be issued to anyone who features in pictures used.

Event Details and Important Information for ALL Attendees

All attendees will undergo a security check when boarding the bus. Alcohol is strictly prohibited onboard due to health and safety regulaBons. Those attemping to bring alcohol onto the buses will be denied entry onto the bus and into the nightclub. Any individuals caught drinking alcohol on the buses will also be refused entry to the venue. Security personnel will be present on all buses. Anyone we deem excessively inebriated will be denied entry onto the bus and, consequently, into the event venue. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. No 16 year olds will be premitted to the Pre Debs events
