Emergency Contact Information

Before the event, every attendee is required to provide an emergency contact number for their parent or guardian when collecting their tickets.

Event Security

Professional Security Team:
Trained male and female security personnel will be stationed at bus pick-up points and will travel on the buses to the event to ensure a safe and controlled environment.

On-Site Supervision:
In addition to the full security team, every event will have a dedicated event manager, medic, and event staff on hand to enhance safety and address any issues promptly.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Alcohol and Drugs:
A strict no-alcohol and no-drug policy is enforced at all TY events. Prohibited items will be confiscated, and individuals found in possession may be required to leave or have their parents/guardians contacted.

Inappropriate Behaviour:
Disruptive or unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated. Parents or guardians will be contacted to collect their child if necessary.

Emergency Measures

Contacting Parents:
In the event of an emergency or if a child requires assistance, parents will be contacted immediately.

Medical Assistance:
Qualified medics will be available on-site to handle any health-related concerns.

Transportation Arrangements

Bus Safety:
We strongly recommend that parents remain at the bus pick-up point until their child has boarded the bus.

Clear Instructions:
Detailed pick-up and drop-off points, along with timing information, will be provided when tickets are collected to ensure smooth and safe transportation arrangements.
